Who we are

Hostico is the data controller for information you send us. You can contact us at hello@hostico.co or on 020 4540 5812.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, property details and anything you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share it with members of our team or trusted subcontractors who carry out work at your property, and with service providers who host our website and email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@hostico.co. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
